The Pregnancy Circle is a 6-week experiential class designed to nurture your mind, body, and baby—while connecting you with other expectant mothers in a safe, supportive cocoon.

This is not a typical classroom.
It’s a cozy, positive space for sharing, supporting, learning, and practicing tools that foster emotional growth and resilience—for you and for your baby.

This is a perfect addition to a standard childbirth education class. Our group focuses on the inner work that opens your heart and mind to your new life as a parent. Although we learn about our human design and how we are wired, this happens through slowing down, quieting the noise, and

feeling into our own knowing.

Meet Your Facilitator

Sharon Curtin-Bottomley is the founder of Confidence in Birth, where she has supported expectant and new parents for nearly 20 years.

With a background as a Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and Childbirth Educator, Sharon brings both expertise and warmth to her work.

She is a certified Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology Educator and trained Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner with Dr. Greer Kirshenbaum, author of The Nurture Revolution.

Sharon integrates cutting-edge neuroscience with compassionate, evidence-based care—guiding parents to trust their intuition, understand their baby’s cues, and create environments of safety and love that promote lifelong resilience.
